Is the flat suitable for wheelchair user/someone on crutches?

 

Yes, we are one of the few holiday lets in Worthing with no stairs! The apartment is on the Ground Floor and has 2 private entrances. 

 

The front entrance is easy access as it is wide and only 2 shallow steps up to the front door which takes you straight into a large, open plan living area. 

 

The back entrance, where the lockbox is, has one shallow step up but has less room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre.

 

Inside the flat, it is all on one level with only a 2cm water barrier in the walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom.

 

DIGITAL PARKING VOUCHERS

 

How can I organise digital parking vouchers for my stay?

 

Please reply to the Parking Email when you receive it and provide us with your car registration.We will then book vouchers for your stay and send you confirmation on the portal you booked through. There is no need to display or print the vouchers as the parking wardens will have the information on their system.

 

We offer free digital parking for one car for up to one week. We charge £5.50 per day for a second car. If you would like us to organise digital parking for a second car, please provide us with the 2nd car registration and we will charge the card given on the booking. Please contact us for longer bookings

 

Please note, there is no dedicated parking space in the car park for the flat but there is plenty of on street parking surrounding the flat.  You can do a 5 minute drop off for luggage but we don’t own a space there so you can’t park there. We send you all the information on where you can park (including road names) when you book your stay with us

 

95% of the time it’s easy to find a parking space but it can take a bit longer to find one when it is a Bank Holiday or during the Summer when it is busier.

 

The visitor permits are valid  Mon-Sat 9.00am-6.00pm. 

Parking in Worthing is free between 6.00pm and 9.00am, on Sunday and Bank Holidays.

 

CHECK IN & OUT INFORMATION

 

You are welcome to check in anytime from 15.00 to 21.00hrs. Your check in information (including the lockbox code) will be sent over to you 24 hours before check in.

 

Check out time is up till 11.00am on the day of departure as the cleaners need access at this time.

 

CAN WE HAVE AN EARLIER CHECK IN?

If you get in touch with us, we can see if it is possible. We will be able to let you know around 48hrs before your check in time so will be in touch to let you know then.
