Paddle boarding & Kayak In Worthing
Apart from enjoying swimming on Worthing beach, you can rent a standup paddleboard (SUP) or kayak; a fun way to get out on the water and see Worthing from a different perspective.
You can rents boards from K66 a few doors down from Coast Cafe for £20 per hour (including a wetsuit and life jacket). You must have experience of sea paddleboarding to rent; if not, you can book a lesson with them.
K66’s Are open usually Tuesday to Sundays (and Bank Holidays) from 10am to 5pm (8pm on busier days). They close in winter.

Kite Surfing in Worthing
If you are even more adventurous, you can kitesurf or take lessons in Goring or Lancing. Goring is for advanced riders only because of the launching conditions. It’s a popular thrilling sport in this area where the wind is often up.

Bike Riding In Worthing

You’ll find the orange Donkey bikes at various locations near the pier—unlock them using their app. pay for the time you use them and then return them to any official stand.

Skateboarding enthusiasts will love the skate parks in Worthing. Take your kids there to enjoy an adrenaline rush for free as they ride the ramps and rails. Worthing SkatePark is a popular spot for skateboarders of all levels, found in Homefield Park.
